can check in at about 11.30am, but we went in at about 12.30pm, room was only ready at 1pm, there was lunch buffet provided at the Windjammer Cafe! and so we began our "eating streak"!

Buffet lunch. I took the pasta, veggie, grilled fish, apple strudel and a mousse.
as well as coleslaw and fruit salad! i love western food hahaha so Americanized.

there was a muster drill exercise at 4pm, and we had to go to the starboard (right; for odd nos.) or port (left; for even nos.) for a short safety briefing.
there was another ship beside our ship docked at the port. very huge also!after that, we went to see AGAIN. pizza + fries! that's life. and not long after we went for dinner :O

we get to choose what kind of bread we want before every 3-course dinner!
Vidalia Onion Tart - Sweet Vidalia onions combined with nutty Gruyere cheese, then baked in a buttery crust ; served with leek fondue and sauteed red peppersGrilled Mediterranean Quesadilla - Melted Monterey Jack cheese and vegetables sandwiched in a warm flour tortilla; served with a tomato- cilantro salsa (all the descriptions sound really good)
Savarin - Luscious sponge cake soaked in Grand Marnier syrup and finished with fresh fruit and mango coulis
My Sister's choice: Shrimp and Corn soup
Stir-fried Chicken in Lemon sauce - with green beans, mushrooms and steamed rice
Sugar-free vanilla ice cream
then we went for the Welcome Abroad Showtime (at 9.30pm) at That's Entertainment Theater, hosted by our Cruise Director, Gordon (he was really good! funny, charismatic, passionate!), and The Royal Caribbean Singers and Dancers, Legend of the Seas orchestra and starring the Award Winning Magic of Duck Cameron with the Aerial Artistry of Duo Volgyi.
